Hands Down

The best birthday ever, really.

Need I say more?

There are no words to describe my elation for the events that took place on June 6, 2008. Just know that it was worth every risk we took driving through tornado warnings complete with torrential downpours, waiting for the postponed race to start and running my heart out in what must have been 100% humidity.

P.S. My bib number was 160. Jef Mallet is one amazing guy.

I will never understand the running thing. Especially the running in the pouring rain thing, like this morning. But...I do respect it. I used to read books while walking to class at WMU, because it was so dang boring. I think I'd be bored running too, plus there's that whole thing where I can never find a sports bra with the level of control I would require.

Ah ha! Have you ever seen the Title 9 catalog, they have sports bras for everyone and I mean everyone! Yeah, the running, it keeps me sane.

I am so happy you had a great birthday! Power to the runners! I may not get it but there's nothing but respect. It would have been awesome to see Jeff M.

Happy Amazing Birthday. Sounds like it was fabulous--glad you weren't whisked away to Kansas mid-course

Hey Mechelle...it's Mary. Congrats on your two littlest ones getting baptized today. I missed a couple of notes while desperately straining to see what was going on in and around the font! Oh well...my email is mstoin76@yahoo.com. Chat with ya later.
